After 16+ formative years with Walden University and Adtalem Global Education, I founded Wilcox Alumni Strategies to bring my proven expertise in building thriving alumni communities to institutions nationwide.
In 2017, I architected and launched the Walden Ambassador Network from the ground up—a program that grew into a thriving community serving over 200,000 alumni. As Program Manager and Senior Specialist for Alumni Engagement, I developed engagement frameworks that connected, empowered, and sustained lasting networks.
